Nach einem USA-Trip im Mai beginnt Anthony Phillips ab Juni '88 in seinem erneuerten "Vic's Place"-Studio mit Aufnahmen von Ideen für sein nächstes Album, welches, anders als die letzten drei Alben, die allesamt sehr spartanisch instrumentiert waren, eine möglichst große Bandbreite seiner musikalischer Facetten abbilden soll.

Die Aufnahmen für das 2-teilige Slow Dance mit insgesamt 50 Minuten Spieldauer werden im März 1989 abgeschlossen. Noch ohne Label wird es allerdings noch anderthalb Jahre bis zur Veröffentlichung dauern.
Phillips bekommt im Anschluss die Möglichkeit, die Musik zu einem Special der legendären Survival-Dokureihe von Anglia Television zu produzieren. Die entsprechende Folge Land Of The Dragons über die Tierwelt in Hong Kong wird erstmals am 21. Juli ausgestrahlt.
Ant ist 1989 auch erneut als Produzent und Instrumentalist des zweiten Albums Mystic Heart des New Age-Künstlers Denis Quinn im Einsatz.

Am 21. März 1993 kommt es zu einem denkwürdigen Ereignis, als der US Radiosender Echoes bei Ant zuhause eine Ausgabe ihrer Living Room Concert-Reihe aufzeichnen. Schwerpunkt der Setlist sind ältere Stücke, wobei auch zwei Nummern seines aktuellen Albums Platz finden. Einen Großteil der Session wird zwei Jahre später als Beilage des Lyric Books den Fans zugänglich gemacht.

Neben dem Atmosphere Library-Projekt Horror, Tension, Suspense 2 steht 1993 noch eine weitere Auftragsarbeit an: beginnend mit der TV-Dokumentation über die Geschichte des Whitbread Round The World-Jachtrennens startet für Ant ab August eine ungewöhnliche Zeit, in der er bis Februar des Folgejahres kontinuierlich Beiträge für die 35 teilweise live ausgestrahlten, wöchentlichen Berichterstattungen des Rennens, das Anfang Oktober startete, liefert.

Eine CD-Veröffentlichung mit der Musik soll zum Ende des Rennens erhältlich sein. Das Material wird außerdem in Teilen 1995 für eine Library-Veröffentlichung "recycelt" werden. |

Wiederveröffentlichung des Anthony Phillips Debütalbum von 1977. Das Album wurde remastered und enhält reichlich Bonustracks auf einer Extra-CD, darunter die geplante Single "Silver Song", mit Phil Collins als Sänger und "Only Your Love", dazu eine Bonus-DVD mit 5.1-Mix des Albums.
