Ich persönlich würde so kurz nach Veröffentlichung von I/O wohl noch nichts an der zuvor gemachten Liste ändern. Livetracks würde ich allerdings auch nicht aufnehmen.

Alles, was ich zu diesem Thread beitragen kann, ist meine Erkenntnis, dass es mir vollständig unmöglich ist, 20 Songs auszuwählen und die dann auch noch in eine Reihenfolge zu bringen

Da muss ich mich mal wieder als 1980er Jahre-Gabriel-Fan zu erkennen geben. Denn ein Großteil meiner Gabriel-Lieblingssongs (knapp 75 %) stammt aus diesem Jahrzehnt. Aus den Alben US und i/o hat es nicht ein einziges Stück in meine Top 20 geschafft.

Nein, nach tagelangem nachdenken, mache ich hier nicht mit. Warum? Es gibt eindeutig mehr als 20 Songs in meiner Liste. Schon allein die Songs der ersten vier Alben müsste ich fast komplett aufführen. Ach, und dann So, und dann Passion und dann und dann...bis zu IO...Peter hat ein zu großes, fantastisches Ouevre, um es derart einzugrenzen.
Es wäre wesentlich einfacher, 20 Songs anzuklicken, die ich nicht sooooo sehr mag 
Nicht sehr sinnvoll, denn dann müsste ich Stücke weglassen, die ich gar nicht weglassen will.
Die Reihenfolge soll kein Ranking sein. Einfach 20 Titel für die Insel:
