There was much speculation as to the identity of this. I’m sorry but it’s not Big Blue Ball (I thought that I had avoided any confusion and speculation by ruling out I/O. I should have known better!) Sorry, I didn’t mean to mislead you. I’d better give you some clues. It’s a double CD produced in 2004 for a special occasion, and given to guests at that event. CD1 features tracks chosen by Peter from artists whose music has influenced him and CD2 is music chosen by Peter from his own catalogue. Any ideas? All will be revealed next month when I will be awarding one as the competition prize.

Limited Edition 2 CD Promo Set in a Cardboard Double Fold Out Digi Pack, was only available to guests who attended the Music Industry Trusts Awards 2004 Ceremony in London on Nov. 1, 2004 to honour Peter’s Contribution to the British Music Industry over the last 30 Years. Mastered at The Abbey Road Studios. Title means “Input/Output” (or I/O) in Italian. Disc 1 is by various artists and is titled “Entrata” (purple colored disc, darker in the center becoming more crimson on the outer edges) Disc 2 is PG tracks and is titled “Uscita” (green colored disc, darker in the center becoming more light on the outer edges)
