london war wohl nicht so dolle. jedenfalls werd ich mich beim kauf schon eher danach richten, welches konzert als "greatest" zählt. ich brauch nicht unbedingt die aufnahme der konzerte, bei denen ich anwesend war. von rom wird's ne dvd geben, von düsseldorf gibt's die schon als torrent und mit der encore-cd des besten konzerts bin ich bedient.

Ich hab mal als Kaufentscheidungshilfen die wichtigsten Kommentare von Genesis-Produzent Nick Davis zusammengesucht, die er nach den Konzerten, bei denen er anwesend war, im offiziellen Forum gepostet hat. Zuerst ein allgemeines Statement irgendwann vor dem Frankfurt-Konzert...

last night (hannover) was ok. the skies opened up right on the first note and this caused a couple of technical issues- tony had to change one of his keyboards and mike had a pedal board problem- both of these problems were fixed quite quickly-but all in all it was a good show.

then- we did the first show from dusseldorf. i worked on it and with lots of phone calls to the uk cinema where tom was listening for me it started sounding really good. the reports back were that is is spectacular-

frankfurt was a pretty horrid sound. a very echoey stadium and the sound was very hard to control. having said that the band played really well so it was a good concert.

Nach jetzigem Stand würde ich zur Manchester-Aufnahme tendieren, auch wenn ich selbst nicht anwesend war. Leider gibt's kein Statement zu München, das für mich das beste meiner vier Konzerte war.
